About VitVio

At VitVio, we’re building AI-powered systems to make operating rooms safer, faster, and less stressful. Our platform supports hospital teams by automating documentation, predicting delays, and improving communication. We're growing quickly—backed by top-tier investors—and working with some of the most respected hospitals in the US and Europe.

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development team. This is an opportunity to work closely with hospital stakeholders—surgeons, OR managers, CXOs—and introduce them to tools that streamline surgical care and coordination.

This role is remote-first and based in US timezones. You’ll be working closely with our commercial, product, and clinical teams. You’ll help us scale by identifying high-potential hospitals and securing conversations that lead to deep collaborations.

Why join us?

  • Be a core part of a mission that matters—supporting hospital teams and improving patient care

  • Work closely with a highly collaborative and ambitious team

  • Learn how hospitals adopt new technology from the inside

  • Grow into a more senior sales, marketing, or clinical role as we scale

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for hospitals and surgical teams exploring VitVio. Your work will directly shape our pipeline and growth.

Within your first 6 months, you will:

  • Identify and research prospective hospitals and key decision-makers, including:

    • Perioperative directors and OR managers

    • Theatre nurses and surgical coordinators

    • CMIOs, digital leads, and innovation teams

    • Surgeons and surgical department heads

  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, plus any in-person events/meetings if required

  • Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile

  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the sales and clinical teams

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns

  • Keep our CRM and outreach data clean and up to date

  • Provide feedback on what resonates with hospitals and what doesn’t

  • Take advantage of tools to automate and scale up outreach

You’ll work with a range of tools:

  • LinkedIn & email cold outreach automation for prospecting - tools like Apollo, Clay, etc.

  • HubSpot for tracking conversations & deals

  • Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace for internal collaboration

  • As well as any other tools that you may find, or have experience with

This is a hands-on role focused on learning fast, iterating on what works, and creating momentum in new markets.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or prospecting (healthcare is a plus, but not required)

  • Are an excellent writer and communicator

  • Are persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable with rejection

  • Include the phrase “macrodata refinement” in your application so we know you’ve read this

  • Are curious about how hospitals actually function and eager to learn from clinicians

  • Want to be part of an early-stage team where your work shapes the go-to-market motion

📈 Early-Stage Equity

💰 Competitive salary
