As a Business Development Representative within the Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products and services to new and existing clients within an assigned territory. You will focus on promoting growth, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers within a designated geographic area.
- Identify and assess client needs through outreach and in-person meetings; deliver tailored sales presentations to match company offerings with client requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to support effective sales strategies.
- Accurately document sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, resulting in referral business to Chase Payment Solutions.
- Travel locally for in-person meetings as required.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business or sales management, or equivalent training/experience.
- Requires a minimum of one year of outside sales experience.
- Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Chase Payment Solutions products and pricing.
- Ability to work independently from home, servicing the Calgary, AB or Saskatoon, SK area.
