About the role:

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns. This position involves inbound and outbound email and phone calls, qualification, consultative selling skills, and tight collaboration with the sales team to generate new opportunities. The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and communication activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the coworking industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Use a variety of methods (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users, and decision-makers.
  • Create/work successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects.
  • Work market-generated leads from trade shows, webinars, and content downloads
  • Use sales intelligence tools for more effective account prioritization and lead generation.
  • Work with marketing to ideate, manage, and execute campaigns.
  • Map prospective accounts in terms of org structure, people, and existing technology.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Directly book meetings with prospects for our Account Executives and Inside Sales Reps.
  • Meet monthly targets and daily KPIs through consistent outreach efforts.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development/Sales at a software company or related field.
  • SaaS background is a huge plus.
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot is a huge plus).
  • Proven record of cold-calling.
  • Ability to grow/create rapport and relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to maneuver through ambiguity and collaborate with a growing international team.
  • Curiosity and constant striving to learn and grow.
