Role overview 

We’re seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic prospecting. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying leads, setting product demos, and working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base, you’ll have the opportunity to earn monthly, performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Research and engage prospective clients from a targeted list of top architectural firms, focusing on lead quality and conversion potential. 
  • Make 60-80 calls per day and conduct outreach email and social channels (including LinkedIn) to generate interest and set product demos. 
  • Serve as a product expert and communicate the value of our solutions through a consultative approach.
  • Manage your sales activities and pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or SDR/BDR role.
  • A “hunter” mentality: driven, proactive, and motivated to own your success.
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot for daily outreach, tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to engage in regular feedback, role play, and skill-building sessions.
