We’re an early-stage startup here in New York, and we’re building Wise Things. Wise Things is a consumer intelligence platform that empowers B2C companies to predict their customers next move and test their products and marketing with real customers before launch.

We have a fantastic product. Right now, we’re a small team juggling a million things, and we’re realizing it’s time to bring in some help on the sales side. We can’t promise a fancy salary or cushy perks, but we can offer a solid commission (10% commission per deal ) and a chance to grow with us. This is perfect for someone who’s scrappy, loves talking to people, and wants to help shape the future of a young company. If you’re up for it, we’d love to connect! Fully remote.

The ability to cold call is a must. Proficiency in English is required, along with the ability to work efficiently with U.S.-based time zones. We are very results-driven with quotas and KPIs, so a strong drive and go-getter attitude are essential.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in a full cycle SaaS sales role in technical software

  • Some familiarity with Consumer goods, ecomm, retail, fashion, and beauty industry

  • Understand and be able to teach complex technical concepts.

  • Can speak confidently about the challenges data practitioners encounter in their day-to-day workflows

  • Passionate / curious about the data & analytics space

  • Capable of managing a large pipeline of complex opportunities

  • Possess an enthusiasm for working as part of a team and an ability to partner successfully with cross-functional peers such as product, engineering, customer success, etc.

  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.

  • Love giving and receiving feedback.

What You'll Do

  • Own your book of business by managing a named account list, prioritizing and cultivating out-bound leads directly to high-potential prospects.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal close. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and other key sales metrics.

  • Self-source at least 90% of your leads to maintain a robust and sustainable pipeline.

  • All-rounder that can handle deals ranging from $5k to $100k ACV.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and aligning Wise Things's solutions with their needs.

  • Conduct high velocity, tailored client evaluations, including product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the power of Wise Things systems to prospects and clients.

  • Develop our existing sales playbook to enable scaling, documenting learnings that can be applied across accounts.
