Business Development Representative:

Summary: 
We are looking for a friendly and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Support person with strong communication skills to initiate business development activities in support of our Digital Engagement Solutions sales teams.

 

Location (Remote)Must be based in the United States.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Mapping contacts from target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and Microsoft Dynamics 

  • Targeting key roles within our prospects and initiating contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to assigned contacts, with the goal of scheduling introductory meetings for Digital Engagement Solutions sales teams 

  • Following up on content downloads, effectively position DES solutions with goal of scheduling effective introduction to territory managers 

  • Logging all interactions in our CRM, Dynamics, and providing feedback to manager and sales team 

  • Schedule in person meetings for territory managers in support of trade shows, industry events, and conferences. 

  • The candidate must be attentive to detail, resilient and persistent (90% or more of the candidate’s outbound actions will not result in success). 
     

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Solution demonstrations will be Zoom/Teams or in person. It is expected that this person may travel in support of Sales Executives; travel is expected to be less than 20%. 

  • The candidate must become an expert in CSI Digital Engagement Solutions, our competitors, trends in our space, deposit account opening and payments. 

  • The candidate must be outgoing, confident and have strong presentation and communication skills and work well under pressure.
