Execute high-volume outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to set discovery calls, perform initial screenings, maintain Zoho CRM activity, support pipeline movement to qualified opportunities, prepare briefing docs, and coordinate pre-sales handoffs. Role focuses on appointment setting and client engagement for life sciences consulting in a fast-paced, phone-first environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative.
Job Summary:
Pharmavise is seeking a highly driven and communication-focused Business Development professional with a strong emphasis on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and client engagement within the life sciences consulting space.
This role is responsible for executing high-volume outbound communication, conducting initial screenings, and advancing both business development leads and talent pipelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling phone-based interactions as the primary channel.
Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
1. Outbound Outreach & Appointment Setting
Execute outbound outreach to:
• Business Development (BD) leads
• Utilize multiple channels:
o Email sequences
o LinkedIn messaging
o Phone calls
• Schedule:
o Discovery calls with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize engagement and response rates
2. CRM Execution & Activity Tracking (Zoho CRM)
• Maintain accurate and real-time updates in:
o Zoho CRM (leads, opportunities, outreach activity)
3. Pipeline Support & Coordination
• Support movement of:
o BD leads → qualified opportunities
• Support pre-sales coordination and internal alignment before client meetings.
• Assist in preparing briefing documents prior to discovery calls.
• Ensure smooth handoff of:
o Qualified leads to BDMs
Tools & Systems
• Zoho CRM
• Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Microsoft Teams
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• SignalHire / Apollo (or similar lead intelligence tools)
• Canva
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales (experience in consulting or life sciences environments preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and outreach messaging.
• Proven experience in:
o Client-facing communication (calls, outreach, coordination)
• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred) with demonstrated discipline in data entry and pipeline tracking.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable executing structured outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calling, and other digital channels.
Other Details:
• Schedule: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time
• Contract: Independent Contractor - 12 months (renewable contract)
• Fully Remote
