As a leader in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and NDR (Network Detection and Response), plus Extended Detection & Response (XDR), we're not just another cybersecurity vendor - we're the unified platform that gives security analysts unrivaled visibility into sophisticated threats hiding in today's complex, hybrid IT infrastructures.
We’re seeking a proven enterprise sales professional to drive new business for our unified threat detection and response platform (SIEM + NDR + Endpoint). This role focuses on organizations with complex security challenges, displacing legacy tools, and delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

· Target CISOs, Security Directors, SOC Managers, and Security Architects
· Address challenges such as blind spots, advanced threats, and fragmented tool stacks
· Deliver $2M+ in new annual recurring revenue
· Build and manage a $10M+ qualified pipeline
· Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals averaging $200K–$500K+
· Compete directly with SIEM vendors (Splunk, IBM QRadar, LogRhythm) and NDR vendors (Darktrace, ExtraHop, Vectra AI)
· Differentiate with NetWitness’s unified SIEM + NDR + endpoint analysis platform
· Highlight deep packet inspection and network behavior analytics against point solutions
· 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience (cybersecurity, enterprise software, or network infrastructure preferred)
· Consistent track record of exceeding quotas (110%+)
· Skilled in complex, multi-touch sales cycles (6–18 months)
· Hunter mentality with proven success in new logo acquisition
· Ability to understand and communicate complex cybersecurity concepts
· Experience selling to technical leaders (CISOs, Security Architects, SOC Managers, Engineers)
· Familiarity with SIEM, NDR, SOAR, XDR, or network security technologies
· Comfortable discussing network traffic analysis, threat hunting, and incident response
· Skilled at presenting to C-level executives and boards
· Able to connect technical capabilities to business value and ROI
· Experienced navigating complex organizations and buying committees
· Strong understanding of security’s impact on operations and compliance
· Proficient in consultative approaches (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
