- Generate qualified outbound pipeline within Central Eastern Europe.
- Identify new business opportunities for HiBob's HR platform.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and secure high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
- Consistently achieve pipeline and activity targets.
- Conduct account research to understand company priorities, business challenges and organisational structure.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop effective territory and account strategies.
- Tailor outreach based on customer needs and market insights.
- Engage prospects through a strategic mix of cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
- Craft personalised messaging that resonates with different industries and buyer personas.
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
