Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify and target potential new markets and business opportunities.


2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Engage with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.


3. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.


4. Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.


5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements.


6. Performance Metrics: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing business development activities. Track key account metrics and report on business development activities.


7. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.


8. Networking: Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.


9. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to communicate all offerings to clients effectively and prospects.


10. Strategic Planning: Participate in the formulation of strategic business plans, identifying risk factors and business opportunities.



Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a business development or account manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Strong network and experience in the relevant ISP industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM software and Google Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targ
ets.
