- Generate, qualify, and advance high-potential enterprise and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain structured pipeline management and clear stage progression within CRM systems.
- Contribute directly to revenue targets through individual or shared quota responsibility.
Strategic Partnerships
- Support and advance collaborations including co-marketing, co-sales, OEM, and strategic agreements.
- Prepare and review commercial proposals, purchasing documentation, and supporting materials.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure momentum toward deal closure.
Enterprise & Ecosystem Engagement
- Conduct account mapping and stakeholder analysis within complex, multi-site enterprise organizations.
- Engage with scientific and commercial stakeholders to support opportunity development and qualification.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to inform positioning and deal strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment between commitments and execution.
- Monitor and follow up on cross-functional deliverables that impact business development outcomes.
- Escalate risks, blockers, or delays with clear documentation and recommended actions.
Who You Are
Must-Haves
- Experience in business development, enterprise sales, or commercial operations within life science tools, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and advance multi-stage enterprise deal cycles.
- Experience carrying or directly contributing to revenue targets.
- Strong organizational discipline and structured pipeline management experience.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working across multiple stakeholders.
Success Profile
- Execution-oriented and revenue-focused.
- Comfortable operating in complex, evolving markets.
- Structured thinker who can translate direction into action.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions.
- Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
Why Join Curiox?
You’ll join a team challenging legacy workflows and redefining how modern cell analysis is performed. Curiox values clarity of thinking, learning agility, and measurable impact over hierarchy. This is an opportunity to play a central role in scaling commercial execution for a platform with long-term scientific and commercial relevance.
