At Skilled Wound Care we are looking for a Market Closer who is already a staple in the Massachusetts healthcare community. As we aggressively expand, we need someone with deep-rooted ties to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the state. This high-impact role focuses on the 'front end' of our expansion, empowering you to leverage your existing Skilled Nursing Facility partnerships to sign and onboard accounts. You will be the face of Skilled Wound Care, turning your trusted industry reputation into profitable, long-term clinical partnerships

Key Responsibilities
  • SNF Account Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to contract execution within the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care sectors.
  • Strategic Territory Mapping: Analyze new regions to determine business viability and prioritize high-value targets.
  • Clinical Value Proposition: Use your knowledge of healthcare and disease processes to demonstrate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and Administrators.
  • Relationship Management: Build high-level trust with corporate SNF owners and regional directors.
  • Operational Setup: Work alongside physicians to ensure a seamless transition from "signed contract" to "active service."
  • KPI Performance: Consistently meet and exceed closing quotas to ensure rapid, profitable territory growth.
Specific Requirements for Success

We are specifically seeking candidates who have already demonstrated success in the SNF space.

  • The "Closer" Pedigree: 2–10 years of sales experience, with a documented history of closing contracts specifically in long-term care or wound care.
  • SNF Fluency: Deep understanding of how Skilled Nursing Facilities operate, their pain points, and their decision-making hierarchies.
  • Financial Literacy: Ability to interpret financial statements and build a business case for our services.
  • Travel Readiness: Commitment to a "road warrior" schedule—traveling 4-5 days a week to build and secure new markets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 Depending on experience.
  • Bonus Structure: High-upside quarterly bonuses tied directly to your successful account closings.
  • Full Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision.
  • Future Security: Generous 401K plan and Life Insurance.
  • Work-Life: Paid Time Off and a culture that truly values its employees.
