JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brands Inc., through our growing network of branded subsidiaries, has become an industry leader in Collision and Repair services for fleet clients throughout North America.  Our rapidly expanding footprint of locations and brands has resulted in consistent year-over-year growth with fleet sales, expected to exceed $600 million in 2025. We are a driven, strategic sales organization that focuses on growth, teamwork and the personal/professional development of our employees.

Driven Brand’s Fleet group is looking for a Driven Business Development Manager who wants to make a difference!

Reporting to the VP, Fleet Sales and supporting our Fleet segment, this role is responsible for creating new strategic partnerships that will drive growth to our Brand portfolios.

How you’ll Go the Distance:
  • Implement an effective lead development plan for new national & regional fleet accounts.

  • Hunt new partners with creative pull through to our Brands

  • Use the Driven Fleet “value prop” to win new customer business and roll out programs effectively.

  • Coordinate account implementation with Operations counterparts.

  • Work closely with our franchisee partner locations for all our Brands.

  • Travel 50%

You’re Good-to-Go if you have:
  • Documented sales/leadership skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 + years in a hunter sales role preferred

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations.

  • Proactive thinker that can turn ideas into results.

  • Ability to simplify tasks in order to achieve growth oriented results.

  • Strong organizational skills with executing the sales cycle.

  • Auto industry experience on the operations/sales/fleet/rental car side preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation Range:

$52,400.00 - $93,500.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
