We are looking for energetic sales professionals to join our team to focus on the hospitality vertical. The ideal candidate should have experience with sales prospecting, business development and inside sales.


The Business Development Manager will manage and grow business revenue through acquiring new end-user accounts within your territory. The Business Development Manager will hunt for new opportunities to generate new recurring revenues through the sales of cloud-based software service applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Development focusing on March Network’s CloudSight Solution
  • Develop a strategy for assigned territory and execute against the plan to exceed annual sales objectives and quota targets.
  • Create account plans and strategies to win new business within assigned territory from new key end-user accounts who are not currently doing business with March Networks. Responsible for meeting sales quota for new key end-user accounts by identifying new sales opportunities through contacting prospective customers by cold calling, networking, lead generation, proposal submission and customer appointments via Teams.
  • Partner and engage with appropriate channel partners when needed for new end-user opportunities to follow through on significant end-user sales opportunities identified through outgoing call efforts.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly outgoing call goals
  • Work closely with Marketing and Management to develop appropriate target lists
  • Partners closely with product management and marketing to provide constructive feedback reflecting customer and market needs/issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com CRM system to manage opportunities, quotes, funnel, leads, and relevant account details.

Who You are:

·        College or University Degree in a business or technical discipline

·        Minimum 1-3 years of experience with sales prospecting, business development, and selling SaaS solutions

·        Proven track record with enterprise sales success

·        Proven track record ensuring customer satisfaction

·        Experience selling and providing solutions for numerous business and technical clients

·        Experience successfully working out of a home-based office

·        Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills

·        Strong written, project management and technical aptitude skills

·        Solid understanding of commercial transactions and sales business

·        Ability to collaborate with others on various project-oriented activities

·        Openness to new ideas and approaches

·        Excellent planning and time management skills

·        Strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment

·        Ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results
