Our client is a well-established audiovisual integration company known for delivering innovative AV technology and solutions across corporate, education, healthcare, and hospitality markets. They are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand their client base, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
This is a hunter-focused sales role centered on prospecting, relationship building, strategic partnerships, and closing new business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Manage the CRM, sales pipeline, and business development activities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored AV solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging AV technologies.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in AV or technology integration.
- Understanding of audiovisual technologies is a plus.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
