We're building the future of Hybrid Healthcare and it starts with people like you.

Fresh Clinics empowers nurses and doctors to run thriving, compliant, and modern healthcare practices through our native iOS App, medical oversight, and human support behind them.

We're Australian founded, and in 7 years grown to 170+ Freshie's and support +2000 clinicians across Australia, and now scaling fast in the USA; all whilst staying true to what matters most: building safe, sustainable hybrid healthcare.

We're proud finalists in Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 three years in a row and our culture is as bold as our mission: We work smart, hustle hard, stay humble, and lead with kindness.

If you’re looking for a workplace that celebrates our people, drives real-world impact, and champions innovation - welcome home.

About the role

The US West Coast is wide open, and we need someone who wants to own it, not just cover it.

Fresh Clinics is scaling fast in the US. This is a ground-floor sales role with real territory ownership from day one. You'll be the face of Fresh across California, Arizona, and Washington, building a book of business from scratch and introducing a genuinely differentiated model to clinics that have never seen anything like it.

If you're a hunter who thrives without a big budget or a warm inbound queue, and you want to do work that actually changes how healthcare is delivered, this is your seat.

What you'll do
  • Build your territory from the ground up. Own the West Coast (California, Arizona, and Washington from day one), mapping the market, identifying clinic targets, and creating a pipeline with no handholding required.
  • Hunt and close. Source and sign new clinic partners through outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and consultative selling; this is a new business role, not account management.
  • Sell a real solution. Communicate the full value of Fresh, from our iOS platform and compliance support to our healthcare services model, in a way that resonates with independent clinic owners and practitioners.
  • Run a disciplined sales process. Manage your pipeline with rigor: stay on top of activity in HubSpot, track your metrics, and use data to sharpen your approach week over week.
  • Represent Fresh in the field. Show up as a trusted advisor to clinic owners, building relationships that go beyond the transaction and creating long-term value for both sides.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with marketing, onboarding, and compliance teams to make sure every new clinic has a seamless experience from first conversation to go-live.
We'd love you to haveYou must have
  • 4+ years of outbound, new business sales experience with a demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch and closing — not managing existing accounts.
  • Proven hunting ability. You've consistently hit targets in roles where you owned the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and close.
  • Healthcare or health-adjacent sales experience. You understand clinical environments, speak the language, and know how to build trust with healthcare professionals. Candidates from large aesthetic suppliers (Galderma, Revance, etc.) are unlikely to be the right fit — this role requires field hustle and scrappiness, not a big-budget playbook.
  • West Coast-based, available in Pacific Time. You'll own California, Arizona, and Washington from day one. This is non-negotiable.
Nice to have
  • Skincare or aesthetics industry experience. Bonus if you've sold into clinics or medspas — you'll ramp faster and already know the landscape.
  • Experience selling into small, independent businesses. If you've navigated scrappy, owner-operated environments where you had to earn trust and explain a new concept, that translates directly.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM. We run a data-informed sales motion and you'll move faster if you're already fluent.

Why Fresh
  • Ground-floor US expansion - you won't be the 10th BDM in a mature territory. You'll be building something.
  • Award-winning company - Deloitte Tech Fast 50 finalist three years running. We're not just growing; we're recognized for it.
  • Real ownership - your territory, your pipeline, your wins. We trust our people to perform and give them the autonomy to do it.
  • A product that sells itself - clinics love what Fresh does. Your job is to get in front of the right people.
  • A culture that means it - Be Kind. Stay Humble. Work Smart. Hustle Hard. These aren't words on a wall; they're how we actually work.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
