We are hiring immediately for a Business Development Manager in our Renewable Energy Sector - a critical role in ensuring we partner in the Energy Transition.

What you’ll do: 

  • Prospecting Focus Accounts in the North American Renewable Energy Market, key account management, Project Take off presentations, and New Business Development.
  • We coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and logistics.
  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
  • We sell services to our Renewable Energy customers, including Developers, EPC, and Manufacturers.
  • Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan
  • Partnering with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • 5-7 years of direct Renewable Energy or Technical sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset/Hunter
  • You’ll have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.
  • Knowledge of Solar, Wind, Energy Storage Markets and Renewable Focused EPC market
  • Project Commissioning / Project Management Experience a plus
  • Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Successfully maintained a 7-figure sales budget
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
