Position Summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a proven commercial leader to serve as Business Development Manager, for our Indirect Division, which manufactures and distributes bottled water and point-of-use (POU) equipment through a network of 500+ dealers across North America.

This remote role will drive customer growth, deepen relationships with key partners, and support strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and market share objectives for customers in the Western portion of the United States and Canada.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organization skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a virtual environment, and excels at building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing sales through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

Dealer Recruitment, Retention & Growth
- Proactively engage new and existing prospects through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online channels
- Retain and grow business with existing customers by investing in relationships with key stakeholders
- Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions that deliver value
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive adoption of new products across customer base
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Support initiatives that drive both top-line growth and margin improvement
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

On Target earnings for the 1st year in position- $100,000 (comprised of base salary, and quarterly bonus potential)

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, tele-sales and/or business development
  • Experience with dealer/distributor business models; Bottled Water, POU, filtration, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
