We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us grow our clientele and partner list. This role involves being at the front of the company and contributing to growth and scaling of a Blockchain Cybersecurity company. The primary aim is boosting sales and establishing solid relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge a growth strategy that targets both financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Research to uncover new markets and understand customer requirements.
  • Nurture existing relationships and explore new growth avenues.
  • Advocate for the company's offerings by addressing or anticipating client goals.
  • Regularly monitor industry trends and customer needs, and maintain ongoing communication with management and stakeholders to refine strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Established track record in a business development, sales executive, or similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles within the blockchain sector.
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and expanding business opportunities.
  • Proactive in discovering new methods to identify growth prospects.
  • Responsible for forming strategic and value-driven relationships and partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
  • Capable of quickly grasping and presenting new products and technologies with a focus on their value.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Flexible to traveling for conferences.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude typical of startup environments.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity field.
  • Technical knowledge on blockchain.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
