We are looking for a candidate to drive revenue growth by connecting with franchise automotive dealerships, identifying opportunities, and showcasing Cars Commerce solutions. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, prospecting, engaging, and nurturing leads to turn them into lasting partnerships, while collaborating with sales and marketing to help dealers grow their digital presence—and hit your own targets.Key Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and engaging franchise dealership prospects.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified leads.
Understand dealership business goals and challenges to position Cars Commerce solutions effectively.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at franchise dealerships.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity in the CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business and revenue targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Cars Commerce product offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (automotive/franchise experience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions clearly to clients.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.

In this spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the compensation for this role. The range is expressed as total target compensation (base salary + variable). If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your total target compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience.
