The Business Development Associate is responsible for lead generation and marketing campaign execution to support sales associates, maintain prospect details in Salesforce, and facilitate executive appointments.
Job Title: Business Development Associate
Purpose: Lead generation for Hackett sales associates
Responsibilities
- Marketing campaign execution
- Assist with development of campaign approach (hardcopy mailings, e-mail, pre-calls, post calls, etc.)
- Generate webcast and event attendance
- Obtain executive appointments for sales associates
- Post-event follow up to generate sales conference calls or face-to-face meetings
- Logging and tracking lead/appointment activity
- Maintaining prospect details in Salesforce.com (CRM)
- Work closely with Product Marketing Management to schedule timing of follow-up activities and campaign execution
Required Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
- Good listening and communication skills
- Broad understanding of questioning techniques
- Ability to multi-task
- Work well in a team environment
- Proven ability to get access to senior executives
- Highly organized
- Self motivated
Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
