The perfect candidate will have a solid IT industry network, exceptional sales abilities, and a thorough knowledge of enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Create and present persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to identify potential areas for growth.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and support the company's revenue expansion.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in IT services or software development.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
- Existing network in North America with enterprise-level clients (preferred).
