Job Summary

This position is responsible for (i) creating and running reports to comply with federal and state regulatory requirements; (ii) creating and running reports to ensure compliance with network policies and procedures and (iii) running reports and analyzing data to identify actionable insights related to medical costs and trends.

Provides Project Management expertise and results.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution and critical thinking skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate with providers and partners at all levels.

  • 2 years of advanced QuickBase skills (the ability to write code and formulas for advance QuickBase design and reporting)

  • 4+ years' experience in business segment specific environment servicing or managing non-standard relationships with providers with exposure to benefit plan design and/or contract interpretation.

  • 3-5 years' experience with business segment specific policy, benefits, plan design and language.

  • Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience or equivalent graduate school experience.

  • System knowledge of Aetna applications including provider databases and claims systems.

  • Machine Learning – Engineer and Data Scientist skillset.

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills.

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
