Position Summary

We’re looking for a Business Consultant who will play a key role in helping clients succeed. In this role, you’ll deliver implementation services, managed solutions, training, and other professional offerings to new and existing customers. You’ll work closely with clients to assess needs, design solutions, and gather business requirements—ensuring they get the most value from our products and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis, determine project specifications, and identify solutions.

  • Attend client working sessions to ensure alignment on expectations, direction, and timelines.

  • Draft and build deliverables for client engagements.

  • Lead minor meetings and provide best practices guidance in straightforward scenarios.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.

    • Experience in the financial industry, credit unions, and MerdianLink is required.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks and support senior team members on more challenging projects.

    • Strong analytical skills to review varied data and situations and determine appropriate actions within defined guidelines.

    • Ability to adapt processes and methods as needed while exercising sound judgment.

    • Proven ability to build productive internal and external relationships to resolve issues collaboratively.

  • Additional Information:

    • Develop professional expertise in subject matter and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

    • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis requires consideration of multiple factors.

    • Receive general instructions on new assignments and minimal guidance on day-to-day tasks.
