Job Description
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in finance, creative development, and project management. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketers, bankers, creative teams, and external agencies, to ensure the successful execution of brand amplification strategies.
As a Senior Associate on the Business Banking Brand Creative and Advertising Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives and creative processes that enhance the Chase for Business brand presence and impact of our business banking services.
Job responsibilities:
  • Manage Business Banking creative review process, providing detailed notes and actionable next steps to ensure high-quality creative output
  • Maintain Creative Asset Toolkit to ensure accessibility and usability of creative assets across teams
  • Serve as the creative lead for the Chase for Business Coaching for Impact program, guiding the development of impactful creative content
  • Partner with bankers and creative studio to execute localized ads and provide guidance and support for brand placements
  • Oversee the Maps project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure alignment and support for initiatives
  • Onboard and utilize project management tools like Monday.com to track progress and manage tasks, and use shared drives and SharePoint for efficient document access and storage
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with procedures, controls, pre-and post-launch processes, and industry regulations in partnership with Business Banking controls for compliance and efficiency
  • Oversee creative assets, managing retention and retirement processes
  • Help to manage contracts and talent approvals in collaboration with legal team, ensuring alignment with the Talent Center of Excellence (TCOE) guidelines
  • Manage budgets, invoices, forecasts to ensure financial efficiency and accountability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5 years of experience in brand and project management or creative development
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of quality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, managing feedback from multiple stakeholders both internal and external
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Proficient in Monday.com, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Understanding of the financial services industry
