As a Business Assistant in our Corporate and Investment Banking team, you will perform diverse administrative duties to support Analysts and Associates. You will have the opportunity to build on your experience, broaden your skills, and progress in your career. Job Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate swift set-up of internal and external meetings through Outlook.
  • Partner with relevant groups to execute travel and entertainment booking and enable expense processing within policy.
  • Manage a high volume of emails within deadlines, acknowledge, act, and see through to completion.
  • Navigate internal systems and complete accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate room bookings and support interview set-up.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and support groups, becoming an integral part of the business.
  • Provide general administration support to the broader team where required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate and Investment Banking groups to provide additional coverage where necessary.
  • Partner with Expense Management to enable the expense process.
  • Engage in stretch assignments for the right candidate, subject to performance.
  • Stay current with all Corporate and Investment Banking and Firmwide Policies and ensure adherence.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
  • Full competency in diary scheduling using Outlook.
  • Ability to apply good judgment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Executive communication style.
  • Experience arranging multi-leg travel.
  • Demonstrated proactivity and ability to offer solutions independently.
  • Strong technical capabilities.
  • Polished, professional approach with a calm and composed manner.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Strong teamwork ethic and ability to build networks across locations.
  • Initiative and follow-through to completion with high attention to detail.
