  • Operates with a continuous learning and improvement mindset, brings solid systems and data fluency, and can identify practical automation opportunities.

  • Capture business requirements and convert them into technical solutions such as integrations, data mappings, and reports. Build systems and consider process automation. Ensure MVP delivery balances future-state scalability.

  • Coordinate with internal and external teammates to support product launches, onboarding, operational readiness, feature development, testing, and release readiness.

  • Provide input and feedback relating to solution alternatives, tradeoffs, and prioritization to support delivering the highest business value.

  • Develop test plans and scenarios and support quality assurance efforts, user acceptance reviews, defect assessment, and validation to ensure the technical development enables the business needs.

  • Create and update project artifacts such as task boards, process maps, use cases, application documentation, release notes, and technical writeups.

  • Proactively determine and resolve potential issues, control gaps, data dependencies, and workflow risks related to new development or ongoing operational support.

  • Identify and implement efficiencies to optimize capabilities, including workflow improvements and practical automation opportunities.

  • Conduct or facilitate training and information sharing sessions with supporting documentation or reference material for employees and team members as needed. Additional responsibilities related to the role as required.
