KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automation & Process Optimization (30%)
- Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities through real-time data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams to visualize current and future-state workflows.
- Support the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions that improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deliver reporting tools that enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Maintain and evolve dashboards and analytics frameworks using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Embed quality assurance and user acceptance testing throughout the reporting lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments (e.g., sales, finance, compliance, IT) to capture business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Author and maintain business requirements, process documentation, and training materials.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or systems development, preferably in financial services or technology.
- Proven track record in delivering reporting and automation solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and automation platforms is welcomed.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, data modeling, or machine learning concepts.
- Experience with cloud-based reporting platforms or data integration tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
