The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze communication requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the successful implementation of communication initiatives. What you’ll do
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard system processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Conduct systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Respond to questions and concerns from leadership and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews to gather and document business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the Smart Communications platform and enterprise communication processes to promote efficient utilization and adoption.
This might describe you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information science
- Experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience with enterprise communication channels or content management systems
- Expertise in the Smart Communications platform or similar platforms is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High proficiency in technical writing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
- Project management skills to lead or contribute to communication-related projects
Other things to note
- This position can be worked remotely within the United States.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
