Responsibilities:
  • Gather data from multiple sources and analyze complex business operations to provide improvement strategies
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals
  • Compile, analyze, interpret and present complex data to propose new strategies for current and future business changes
  • Develop project improvement scopes by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs
  • Assess trends and develop actionable insights based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources
  • Leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve solutions results

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of business analysis or related experience
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Skills:
    • Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously
    • Effective prioritization, organizational and English communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
    • Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
