The Business Analyst for the Equipment Services – Americas team will handle data health and accuracy and develop financial, market and functional reports and solutions that help drive revenue growth and service productivity. This role will be critical to improve speed and quality of decision making and information quality to yield a lasting competitive advantage.

This position reports to the Americas Service Regional Leader and is part of the Americas Field Service team located in Marlborough, MA and will be on-site.

What you’ll do:

• Be the authoritative specialist for our CRM Service system, providing detailed knowledge of existing data, structure and business operations
• Interpret & analyze various business data to create meaningful data charts, dashboards & reporting both at a detailed and executive level
• Create cost model and pricing model and work with Technical Support, BU Product Managers, Service Managers and Marketing Managers to gather and analyze various data points to support pricing decisions for the service product portfolio
• Develop daily management process including daily/weekly/monthly reporting, progress updates, quoting tools, and providing training, mentoring and end-user support for reporting tools
• Partner with Service Managers to supervise and report service indicators, including key bowler metrics and incentive compensation data gathering, calculation, reporting, and maintenance. Partner with Sales and Finance teams to streamline data sources and ensure data consistence in management reports. Collaborate with all partners to utilize DBS for ongoing process improvement.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance Data Science or related field
• 1-3 years’ professional experience in business, finance, or marketing analytics
• Strong proficiency with Excel

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Exposure to Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) through academic work or professional experience
• Experience supporting field sales or service organizations
• Skills in data extraction, transformation and cleansing (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce)
• Interest in automating workflows or building scalable reporting dashboards
