About the Role
We are seeking exceptional, consulting-caliber Business Analysts to support a large-scale, complex enterprise initiative. This role requires consultative critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving in the face of fragmented data, legacy systems, and cross-functional ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to US-based clients, especially in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
*Drive requirement discovery and alignment across highly fragmented system landscapes (ERP, CRM, legacy platforms, etc.).
*Lead and participate in field-level data mapping, helping technical teams resolve source inconsistencies and define transformation logic.
*Facilitate workshops and deep-dive sessions to uncover the root of business challenges—not just capture surface-level requirements.
*Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
*Work closely with engineers, architects, and QA to ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and technical feasibility.
*Champion clear communication, documentation discipline, and cross-team alignment
Required Qualifications
*6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Management Consultant in enterprise solution delivery.
*Demonstrated success working with US-based clients in a high-stakes, consultative environment.
*Strong capability navigating disconnected and legacy systems, identifying integration challenges and business logic inconsistencies.
*Hands-on experience in data mapping, field-level analysis, and transformation resolution across diverse systems.
*Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead conversations with executive stakeholders and delivery teams alike.
*Proven leadership ability with experience guiding teams through structured problem- solving.
*Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
*Background in professional services or consulting.
*Exposure to integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) or large data transformation projects.
*Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, etc.
*Experience in industries such as healthcare, telecom, or financial services.
