- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in Insurance Industry
- Experience working on SaaS Platforms is mandatory. Experience with EIS platform will be a plus
- Exposure towards cloud based solutions
- Agile/Scrum experience specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development and elicitation
- Experience with JIRA software or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work productively in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty
- Effective relationship building skills
