The Business Analyst bridges IT and business teams by coordinating operational reports, improving reporting automation, defining dashboard requirements, validating data accuracy, and producing ad hoc analyses. The role collaborates with customers, consultants, management, and internal resources, communicates issues, requests system enhancements, and manages reporting-related projects. Required tools include JDE ERP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel, with SQL and BI certifications preferred.
The Business Analyst works as a liaison between IT and business units; acts as a consultant; works with project teams; runs reports to ensure accurate solutions
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinating service, operations, and unit reports on an as needed basis
· Enhancing the automation of generating operational reports
· Work with management to identify criteria for required reports and dashboards
· Ensure accuracy of the data
· Apply Business specific verbiage especially for Customer interface
· Request systemic changes to further advance the reporting capabilities of the company
· Work effectively with customers to develop and deliver the required reports
· Work effectively with consultants and internal resources to accomplish required tasks
· Manage projects efficiently and effectively
· Produce ad-hoc reports when requested
· Communicate issues timely and professionally

Pay Range: $65,101 - $81,376, Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
