The Role

Digital Solutions Business Analysts are pivotal in partnering with business sponsors, co-leading key initiatives and translating customer and business needs into actionable solutions that deliver tangible value for our customers across digital experiences!

As a Digital Solutions Senior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Identify and document the needs of customers, team members, and project goals. Analyze these requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and are feasible within the project’s scope.

  • Create detailed user stories that outline specific functionalities from the end-user’s perspective. Define acceptance criteria that resolve when a user story is considered complete and ready for release.

  • Lead engagement with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure project requirements and solutions meet legal and regulatory requirements and minimize potential risks to the firm.

  • Conduct business acceptance testing to ensure that the solutions meet the defined requirements. Validate that the product functions as expected and address any issues before deployment.

  • Develop and implement strategies for introducing new products or features to customers. Plan the rollout process to minimize disruption, maximize learning, and ensure a smooth transition for users.

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to gauge the effectiveness of solutions and identify areas for improvement. Report findings to stakeholders to inform future project decisions and strategies.

  • Provide a deep understanding of how the digital product works. Document and explain these concepts clearly, bridging the gap between business, design, and development teams.

The Expertise and Skills you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5 years of experience (or 3 years with a Masters Degree) including experience with successful development and delivery of digital solutions.

  • Demonstrated interest in digital user experience and industry trends.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to clearly articulate requirements, facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.

  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, synthesizing data-driven insights into clear takeaways to drive informed decision-making.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and able to quickly adapt and adjust approach to accommodate shifting priorities or new information.

This role is aligned to a squad within the Digital Channels Product Area, which manages and maintains the user experience, technology stack, and product lifecycle of our Web customer experiences. As a member of the Digital Solutions team, you will be part of a dynamic community of product professionals. You will receive ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expand your impact.
