Role: Business Analyst/ Onsite Coordinator

Duration: Long Term

Location: Downers Grove (IL), Chicago, IL, Boston, MA, Austin, TX & Atlanta GA

 

Manufacturing Domain Experience Required

Onsite Coordinator who can serve as the primary liaison between OpCo Leaders (kind of CIO for the OPCO) /Business stakeholders and the development team.

 

strong business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in data analytics and reporting platforms including Azure, Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle EIS.

 

The role requires gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, coordinating with development teams, managing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Requirements Management

  • Work closely with OpCo and business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Document business requirements, gap analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.

 

Project Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users, Opco leaders  and development teams.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests and enhancements.
  • Coordinate development activities and track project progress.
  • Facilitate status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolution of issues.

 

Data & Analytics Coordination

  • Collaborate with technical teams working on:
    • Microsoft Azure Data Platform
    • Power BI Dashboards and Reporting
    • Tableau Analytics Solutions
    • Oracle EIS (Enterprise Information Systems)
  • Validate business requirements against technical feasibility.
  • Support UAT planning and execution.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and functional teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Manage expectations and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Quality & Governance

  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting artifacts.

Required Skills

  • Strong Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering experience.
  • Experience coordinating onsite-offshore delivery teams.
  • Hands-on understanding of Azure Data & Analytics ecosystem.
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EIS / Enterprise Reporting Systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Manufacturing or Multi-OpCo environments.
  • Exposure to Data Warehousing, ETL, and Cloud Analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL and reporting/data visualization concepts.
