ROLE OVERVIEW: 

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber, self-motivated Business Analyst who will be responsible for deploying the Data Privacy programme and coordinate across teams using the Agile methodology. The initial focus will be on automating control evidencing for data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Programme Manager and Scrum Masters.
  • Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and shadowing, and document business requirements.
  • Analyze customer journeys and product functionality to provide valuable recommendations.
  • Liaise with Solution Architects and IT partners for technical analysis support.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs with technology and business teams.
  • Lead implementation through training, business readiness, and adoption.
  • Provide testing support and track outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery through the entire project lifecycle, from user requirements to deployment.
  • Manage stakeholder and senior management relationships across different markets.
  • Contribute to the Change Management practice and drive adoption across the BA community.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional understanding of data, particularly data storage controls.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial institutions and data movement.
  • Strong process analysis and mapping skills with proven success in large, complex global projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, specializing in impactful communication across different markets and business lines.
  • Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development.
  • Agile certification(s) advantageous (e.g., SAFe).
  • Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Success working within a global matrix organization model.
