Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

The Impact you will have in this role:
 
Being a member of the Enterprise Data Tribe, you will support the leadership team in establishing, maturing, and scaling enterprise scale data capabilities, as well as driving the implementation of industry-leading data practices. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, own and drive projects, and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks.  Success in this role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities, while demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. The Senior Associate is part of the Enterprise Data Tribe Product team and reports directly with the Product Manager. They work with the business units to gather and refine functional analysis and documentation and conduct reviews to prioritize work for the development team. The work supports the Enterprise Data Tribe delivery roadmap which spans across the organization for delivery of data capabilities. 

Your Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzes current-state data capabilities and integrations to define a future-state vision for modernized, enhanced business processes.
  • Partners with Product Management, business lines, and operations to elicit and document functional requirements and support product demos.
  • Translates requirements into Epics and groomed user stories, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog with the Product Owner.
  • Serves as a core member of agile squads, participating in ceremonies, documenting stories, and tracking and reporting delivery metrics.
  • Facilitates reviews and refinement sessions with domain and technical experts, incorporating feedback into development-ready Jira stories that meet the definition of done.
  • Develops clear documentation, training materials, and executive-ready presentations, aligning business and technology stakeholders on priorities and delivery.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Strong business analysis, process improvement, and strategic thinking skills to translate business requirements into effective enterprise solutions, with preference for enterprise data transformation experience.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, including hands-on use of Jira, and the ability to collaborate effectively to drive projects forward.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with sound business judgment across all levels of management.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and proficient in Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint—for documentation, presentations, and collaboration. 
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
