What You'll be Doing:
As a Business Analysis Manager, you will serve as a strategic, market‑focused analyst supporting key business, product, and go‑to‑market decisions for Enablon’s EHS, ESG, and Operational Risk portfolio. This role requires strong analytical judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
This position is not focused on software implementation or professional services delivery. Instead, the role centers on market analysis, customer research, pricing insight, and strategic decision support.
You will work closely with product management, strategy, finance, and leadership teams to inform prioritization, investment decisions, and long‑term planning.

- Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Design and execute pricing and value assessment analyses, including willingness‑to‑pay and benchmarking studies
- Perform qualitative and quantitative customer research, including structured customer interviews
- Develop analytical frameworks to assess new opportunities, product investments, and market trends
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Support annual and long‑term business planning with data‑driven insights
- Create and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and executive‑ready presentations
- Lead complex analytical initiatives independently from problem definition through recommendation
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Strategy, Finance, and Commercial teams
Our ideal candidate brings a strong analytical and strategic mindset, with experience supporting business decisions through structured analysis rather than software delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar)
- Experience in market analysis, business strategy, pricing analysis, or competitive intelligence
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and defining analytical approaches independently
- Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency
- Exposure to EHS, ESG, or Operational Risk domains
- Experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS markets
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or market analytics
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL)

Compensation:
$98,500.00 - $172,700.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
