This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.
As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant, you will be part of the Build Alignment and Execution team responsible for owing the end-to-end business analysis process, enforcing rigorous backlog readiness standards and leading execution oversight to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Demonstrating mastery in eliciting, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements
Leading workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of BSA team members in requirements gathering and analysis
Providing expert guidance on stakeholder management strategies, including communication techniques and conflict resolution
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on deep understanding of business needs.
Championing a customer-centric approach to requirements management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Providing expert guidance on Agile best practices and methodologies.
Advising on process improvements to optimize Agile workflows.
Leading large-scale Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.
Continuously refining Agile practices and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement process.
Leading by example in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitation successful project delivery.
Actively participating in release management activities.
Understanding and familiarity working within the SAFe Agile Framework
Understanding and familiarity defining requirements and specifications for APIs and Microservices
Hard Skills:
Mastery of advanced business analysis techniques (e.g., data analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis).
Certifications in multiple Agile frameworks and methodologies preferred
Mastery of release management process and tools
Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal issue dynamics with ease, fostering strong relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
  • Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
  • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
  • Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
