As a Brand Technology Specialist on the Rainbow Restoration team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Collaborate with the team to define the appropriate tech stack and provide strategic direction for the platforms deployed by the RBW brand.
  • Evaluate new software platforms to determine viability of implementation throughout the brand, as well as projected ROI to be realized by the end users.
  • Manage relationships with technology partners to ensure alignment with brand priorities and a high level of franchise owner satisfaction.
  • Create and organize training materials and sessions for all existing and new platforms and manage training library for internal and external users.
  • Lead internal and external trainings on existing and new platforms.
  • Utilize various technologies and systems to present data and provide business insights to brand leaders to solve complex business problems.
  • Oversee and manages both internal and external technology platforms to ensure seamless integration functionality and performance.
  • Manage brand data set as appropriate to ensure accurate and timely access to data for the entire RBW operations team.

(Required qualifications)

Experience:

  • ·2+ years of experience in technology management or related IT field is preferred.
  • ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • ·Familiarity with managing different types of technology such as Fusion/DASH, QuickBooks and other related platform

Education:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
