Charged with crafting the brand's foundational narrative and driving innovation across our marketing ecosystem, this leader will help define what our brands stand for today-and what they will mean to future generations. From steering our annual marketing planning to pioneering the use of emerging technologies like AI, this role is central to inspiring consumers, energizing teams, and propelling our brands forward.
This newly created position will lead a small team of marketers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to ensure brand strategy is clearly articulated, consistently applied, and future-forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building, innovation, and storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and stewardship of foundational brand documents, including brand architecture, positioning, guidelines, and voice.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the CCO's Chief of Staff in all cross-brand matters
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends, technologies (including AI), and consumer behaviors to inform brand strategy and creative innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies to translate market research into actionable insights to feed into our creative briefs.
- Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, including Ad Managers, Research & Insights, and Media & Performance teams, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and initiatives.
- Partner with research and analytics teams to assess brand health and campaign performance, using insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion innovation across the marketing organization, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and bold thinking.
- Present strategic recommendations and brand frameworks to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a small team of brand strategy professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing planning, or innovation roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies that drive business impact.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, cultural trends, and the evolving media landscape.
- Experience applying emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance creative development and marketing effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience crafting compelling narratives and strategic documents.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and agency collaboration.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- High level of organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- The salary range for this role is $140,100 - $186,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
