The salary for this role is $140,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in SMB products, services, offers, giveaways, and client experience, partnering closely with Sales, Client Services, and Product to ensure alignment.
- Define and own product positioning and value propositions for SMB audiences, ensuring clarity and differentiation in the market.
- Establish and maintain target audience messaging and brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and touch points.
- Assist in translating brand and product messaging into execution, guiding marketing on how to apply messaging effectively across campaigns and programs.
- Own the SMB content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring content supports positioning, demand generation, and client engagement.
- Measure and refine brand and product marketing effectiveness, using insights to continually optimize positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead PR efforts, including press outreach, announcements, and earned media.
- Manage our Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Engagement Senior Manager. Their scope includes email strategy and execution, website strategy and performance, organic social media, brand engagement, and content.

There are three parts to our business:
Educational Brand: We currently run the most prominent talk show in the legal industry. Every week, we get hundreds of lawyers on our webinars by interviewing top thought leaders (as seen on our YouTube). The goal is to become THE source of education for lawyers.
Marketing Services: We offer a full suite of marketing services to our clients, including PPC, SEO, Website Design, Video, and Social Media management. Our goal is to scale our services business to over $15M in revenue in 2023.
Coaching Services: We have a rapidly-growing, Philadelphia-based coaching program for lawyers. In our first year, we built our coaching business into a multi-seven-figure business. Our program has been identified as the most comprehensive coaching program for attorneys, and we plan to double the size of our clients in the next year.
