Role Description
The Brand & Marketing Ops Associate is a critical execution and operational resource for gFiber, facilitating the daily operations of the Brand, Marketing Strategy and Communications team and
ensuring seamless implementation of initiatives across the enterprise. The role will have a meaningful impact across branded, customer-facing touchpoints as well as be integral to internal operations.
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as operational catalyst and liaison between creative teams, product managers, sales, digital/UX, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide comprehensive range of operational support to Brand, Marketing & Communications initiatives as needed, eg, obtain and manage vanity URLs & QR codes, on-site support of branded events, logistical support for consumer insights and focus groups, securing rights from licensing partners etc.
- Service as Brand advocate, conducting QC to ensure flawless brand alignment across the org.
- Organize & maintain the company’s digital asset library (e.g., logos, templates, imagery, and videos) so internal teams can easily locate and utilize approved assets.
- Manage the financial, contracting and onboarding operations of the department including budgeting, contracts, SOWs & POs.
- Support Brand and Program Management team as needed to smooth/accelerate workflows.
At a minimum, we would like you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales environment, project management, or account management within a business setting.
- Experience and comfort with digital tools for productivity, collaboration and project management, including spreadsheets, dashboards, databases, digital file structures, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities needed to collaborate with cross-functional creative, technical, and executive teams.
It’s preferred if you have:
- Experience with Docusign, Coupa, Jira and / or Monday.com.
- Self-starter with demonstrated impact applying strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Past success working with external vendors, handling contracts.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $104,800 - $154,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
