The role involves campaign execution, video production, event marketing, web design support, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating across teams to enhance brand presence.
We are Render. Our singular focus is best summarized by our purpose; continuously innovate and evolve technology to build networks better and connect communities.
Our geospatial network construction platform enables telecommunication network operators and construction teams to digitize the construction workflow and cut the time and cost of large-scale fiber deployment.
We’re a global organization, but small enough that our people can have a direct impact on how we work and where we go next. We want people who can join us on our journey and grow with us.
We’re looking for a creative marketer who can own the front end of campaign execution, from concept and design to packaging and delivery across channels. This is not just a “make things pretty” role. It’s a chance to shape how our brand shows up in the market, fuel category leadership, and drive measurable impact in telecom and SaaS.
Does this sound like you?
- You’re impact-driven and thrive when your work delivers measurable results.
- You think like a campaign marketer and create like a designer, turning ideas into assets that move prospects through the funnel.
- You can translate complex ideas into simple, striking visuals that make people stop scrolling.
- You love being hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Figma, and Canva, but you also think about why creative works at each stage of a campaign.
- You’re resourceful and take initiative. When handed a challenge, you run with it and bring back solutions.
- You’re a natural collaborator who seeks input across teams to elevate campaigns, ensuring creative execution is aligned, consistent, and compelling in the market.
- You want a seat at the table where creative execution drives brand leadership.
What you’ll own in this role:
- Campaign execution: end-to-end creative across channels including social graphics, carousels, launch visuals, and email/social/paid assets that align to TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
- Video and motion creative: editing and producing social cuts, product vignette videos, webinar highlights, and motion graphics that bring campaigns to life.
- Event and partner marketing: designing and executing assets for industry events, partner campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
- Web and landing page design support: building in HubSpot CMS and shaping layouts/mockups in Figma or Canva.
- Brand consistency: ensuring every touchpoint reflects a strong, professional, and modern identity.
- Cross-functional collaboration: working with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to make sure campaigns resonate across the business and the industry.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in marketing, design, or a hybrid creative role (in-house or agency).
- Proven graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across social, digital, and event assets.
- Hands-on video and motion design experience, from editing short social clips to producing product vignettes.
- Demonstrated success creating content for social media platforms that drives engagement.
- Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (bonus for After Effects or Premiere).
- Experience supporting web and landing page builds, ideally in HubSpot or a similar CMS.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and ability to align creative with campaign goals.
Please submit your CV and a few samples of your work. No cover letter required, but if you’d like to share more about what makes you stand out for this role, we’d love to read it!
Once you’ve submitted your application, we will review it and get back to you as soon as we can to advise whether you have progressed to the next stage of the process or not (interviews, skills assessment, and reference checks). All applicants are provided outcomes here - we don’t “ghost” anybody.
