As the Brand Manager, Dressings you will build the long-term strategy and own the operating plan for Kraft Heinz's Salad Dressings portfolio of brands, including iconic equities like Kraft Salad Dressing, Pure J.L. KRAFT and Renée's Salad Dressing.
Upon being appointed to this role, you will lead the creation of consumer demand for the Dressings business, formulating the portfolio's long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans. You will define the portfolio's strategic vision, product, pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies to build the portfolio for growth over the next 3-5 years. You will work in collaboration with other stakeholders on marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies with help from the business unit team. You will also be accountable for delivering the brand's profit, volume and market share goals.
This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the organization. You'll shape the way our brands show up with customers and consumers, through data-driven storytelling, thoughtful forecasting, and commercial strategy. The role reports to the Associate Director of Marketing, Sauces & Dressings.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,100.00 - $150,100.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

What's on the menu?
- Create consumer demand for their brands/categories and formulate the brand's long-term strategy
- Define their brands' strategic vision & foundations to develop strategies across consumer, product, pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising to redefine our brands for the next generation
- Partner on marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies through leadership of the cross-functional team including sales, finance, revenue management, business development, R&D, growth & communications
- Collaborate with Brand Communications team to drive excitement and ensure our brands are culturally relevant with next generation and win both in and out of store with breakthrough creative
- Own the P&L for respective brands and categories and accountability for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives
- Steer cross-functional commercialization team to deliver product and packaging changes, including quality improvements, cost reductions and new item launches
- Lead negotiations on new product opportunities or developments within set timescales and budgets
- Provide field sales tools, materials, and training on brand/product introductions or enhancements, as well as new marketing/sales campaigns, to achieve sales goals
- Responsible for influencing the portfolio demand plan, providing inputs to drive preparedness with the Supply Chain team
- Oversee analysis and reporting of performance across various key performance indicators (KPIs)

- 3 to 6 years' experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company or experience supporting on the agency side (advertising, consulting, media)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

- A natural storyteller and communication leader.
- Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment, strategy and tactical plan development
- Experience working with creative, packaging, & media agencies & consumer research vendors and suppliers.
