TL;DR - Lovable is redefining how software and real businesses get built: faster, more creatively, and without limitations. We need a senior editor and writer to build and lead the function that shapes how we talk about ourselves, our customers, and the shift happening in the work. As Brand Editor, you'll own the Lovable voice everywhere it shows up and build the team and systems that hold that bar at scale. You'll still write and edit hands-on daily, especially early on, while building toward a scalable system and team you lead and coach.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started.

We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years in brand writing, copywriting, or editorial roles, with real range across both brand and growth or performance writing.

  • Portfolio that demonstrates depth across formats (ads, web, email, video, search, performance creative) and a strong, specific point of view on voice.

  • Experience managing and developing writers, not only briefing freelancers. You've coached people to get better, not just assigned them work.

  • A track record of building or scaling a writing or editorial function: the guides, processes, or workflows that let a team hold a bar without a single reviewer as the bottleneck.

  • Strong editing instincts and opinions: you make good writing great, fast.

  • Experience owning or stewarding a brand voice end to end.

  • Comfortable building your own AI tools and workflows for writing and editing at scale, not just reviewing AI-assisted content.

What you’ll do

  • Be the steward of the Lovable brand voice: define it, document it, and hold the line on it across every written channel and every writer who touches it.

  • Build and scale AI-assisted writing workflows: tools, prompts, and systems that let brand writing hold quality at volume, not just review of what AI produces.

  • Manage and coach a bench of writers (contract to start, with potential to hire internally down the road): brief clearly, give fast and specific feedback, develop their craft, and hold one consistent quality bar regardless of whether they are writing for a billboard or a search ad.

  • Write and edit hands-on across brand, product marketing, and growth work: ads, video scripts, social, website, landing pages, email, and search, picking up the pen yourself when it counts.

  • Design the systems that scale without you as a bottleneck: style guides, brief templates, and review processes that keep a growing team, and increasingly AI agents, on brand.

About your application

Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join.
