TL;DR - As Brand Editorial Lead, you'll steward the Lovable voice, edit the highest-stakes work yourself, and build and distribute the owned content that tells Lovable's story on its own terms. This role owns brand content built for awareness and perception. It does not own case studies, webinars, or other demand and customer content, other than as a quality check and thought partner on distribution.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.

We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.

What we’re looking for

  • 12+ years across editorial, brand writing, or content strategy, including real experience building or growing an owned media platform (podcast, YouTube, newsletter, or similar) from an early stage.

  • Real experience distributing content, not only creating it: SEO, syndication, platform-native growth tactics, or audience-building you've actually driven for a blog, podcast, or channel.

  • A clear, opinionated point of view on what makes company-created content worth reading/watching or interacting with.

  • Strong editing instincts: you make good writing great, fast, across formats (ads, email, landing pages, long-form).

  • Experience training or enabling other writers on a brand voice, through documentation, workshops, or coaching, without needing to manage them as direct reports.

  • Proven ability to brief and direct freelance writers, editors, and production partners.

  • Comfortable building your own AI tools and workflows for writing and editing at scale, not just reviewing AI-assisted content.

  • A track record of shipping content that changed how people saw a company, not just content that shipped on schedule.

What you’ll do

  • Steward the Lovable brand voice: train the team on the voice skill and guide, and run enablement (documentation, workshops, coaching, AI tooling) so people across the company can write on-brand without routing everything through you.

  • Edit the work: hands-on editing across ads, emails, landing pages, and more, holding the quality bar directly.

  • Brief and manage freelance writers, editors, and production partners: clear briefs, fast feedback, one consistent quality bar across every contributor.

  • Set the strategy and vision for brand content and own how it gets found by the right audiences.

  • Build Lovable's owned new media strategy: decide what earns attention, ship it, and grow real audience and reach, not just produce content or episodes.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
