As a Brand Designer Intern, you’ll support our creative team in building bold, strategic design work for world-leading technology and other exciting B2B brands. You’ll collaborate across visual identity, social, campaign and content projects — creating high-quality assets that help brands show up consistently and creatively across every touchpoint.

This internship is ideal for a designer who’s excited to learn fast, contribute meaningfully and strengthen their portfolio through real client work. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists and creative directors, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment where design decisions are grounded in both craft and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design logos, visual identity systems, brand guidelines and a wide range of assets for branding, marketing campaigns and content.
  • Follow established brand guidelines while creating compelling and engaging visual designs.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists and creative directors to bring brand and marketing concepts to life.
  • Develop templates for social media, content, presentations and other materials to activate new brand identities.
  • Support brand activations by sourcing and selecting images, icons and illustrations.
  • Partner with motion designers to create storyboards for dynamic brand animations.
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Help organize design assets and maintain clear, consistent file management systems.
  • Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and improve design work.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of grid systems, layouts, typography, composition and color theory.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a design-related degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving and staying current with design and marketing trends.

Bonus:

  • Experience working in Figma is a plus.
  • Experience working at an agency is a plus.
  • Experience working in Trello or a project management platform is a plus.

Internship Details:

  • Hybrid: 1 or 2 days per week in our Chicago, Seattle or Boston offices/3 days per week remote
  • Duration: 12 weeks, paid internship.
  • Start Date: May 26, 2026
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Eligibility: Open to students between their junior and senior years, including those eligible for full-time employment after the internship.
  • Final Step: All finalists must complete a skills test as part of the selection process.
