We’re looking for a Brand Creative Lead to deliver results-driven, meaningful work that inspires action and expands access to insurance.

This role sits at the intersection of Product Design, Marketing, Communications, and Commercial Partnerships, working closely with the VP of Design & Brand Creative to execute Insurify’s brand creative strategy and direction. You’ll play a critical role in connecting product direction, brand point of view, and commercial priorities—ensuring a coherent, end-to-end consumer experience across every touchpoint.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary Design team spanning Product and Marketing, with a primary focus on executing and scaling Insurify’s brand creative ecosystem.

How you will make an impact

  • Drive execution of the brand creative strategy across the full customer journey, ensuring cohesive, high-quality brand expression at every touchpoint.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Design & Brand Creative to help shape, evolve, and operationalize Insurify’s brand creative strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leadership.
  • Ensure a consistent, distinctive brand point of view across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Lead end-to-end creative execution across key areas, including:

  • Product launches (new features and marketplace brands)
  • Paid media (TV, social, YouTube, display, SEM)
  • Content marketing (organic social, SEO pages, landing pages)
  • Brand and commercial partnerships
  • Lifecycle and retention marketing, including marketing-driven email programs
  • Bridge product, brand, and systems by working closely with Product Design and Design Systems to ensure brand expression and product/UX experiences evolve together.
  • Help maintain and advance the brand book and design language, driving adoption, consistency, and quality across the company.
  • Mentor and support junior product and brand creative designers, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with Insurify’s brand point of view.
  • Communicate creative and design rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate alignment, inspire teams, and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in brand creative, with experience leading or supervising graphic and motion designers, production partners, copywriters, and advertising concepts.
  • 2–3+ years working on consumer-facing digital products; marketplace experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and production across media, including social, print, out-of-home, web, and digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong motion or interaction design skill set.

  • End-to-end ownership of consumer experiences
  • Strategic thinking within complex systems (bonus: marketplace experience balancing user, advertiser, and partner needs)
  • Experience designing for monetization or advertising
  • Clear storytelling that drives alignment and inspires confidence

Insurify is committed to offering a fair, competitive, and transparent compensation program that supports our mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Our compensation philosophy is guided by several factors including a candidate’s relevant experience, education/training, job-related skills, and location.

In addition to the base salary our total compensation package includes health coverage, retirement contributions, and additional wellbeing benefits. Some positions may be eligible for company equity.

Below is the base compensation range for US locations:

$130,000-$165,000
