Overview
As a Brand Campaign Specialist III, you will support the development and implementation of omni-channel campaigns. The multi-faceted role is an important part of the process that brings campaigns to life from concept to execution. You will support Compassion's marketing efforts to reach and attract new Gospel-Minded audiences, serving as a key player within a highly collaborative team environment. The role has a strong emphasis on internal customer service, campaign management and results.
What will you do?
Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintaining a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully uphold Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.
Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from initial concept development to post-campaign analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital distribution) and external agencies (advertising, media buying) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Define clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement plans.
Help to develop strategy and help oversee the implementation of compelling advertising creative across channels(e.g., digital ads, paid and organic campaign content, video, audio, etc).
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to budget.
Select appropriate media channels and negotiate placement with vendors.
Implement and monitor campaigns across platforms such social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), programmatic platforms, and traditional media (e.g., TV, radio, print).
Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insightful reports.
Identify areas for campaign optimization and implement necessary adjustments to improve results.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advertising technologies, and best practices.
Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and media partners.
Present campaign plans and performance results to stakeholders.
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in brand strategy and audience engagement
7+ years of progressive experience driving measurable results in digital marketing and campaign execution
Proven success leading digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a focus on performance and ROI
Skilled project manager with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget, while aligning cross-functional teams
Persuasive communicator and entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and inspires action through vision and clarity
Exceptional presenter and relationship builder, adept at influencing stakeholders and driving alignment
